Responsibilities include: arranging all details including booking hotels and travel; arranging lay outs as well as obtaining required items including audio visuals; planning set up, executing and taking down booths/stands; managing budgets, purchasing items needed and working closely with marketing management; processing purchase orders, invoices and cheque requisitions related to all events; organizing marketing initiatives for all events (consumer/trade and at dealerships); supporting the preparation of all print material such as consumer brochures and dealer binders; managing inventory; allocating and distributing POP material to all shows, events, conferences and dealers; preparing press kits when necessary and preparing performance reviews for sponsorships and activities. Must have solid experience leading installation jobs on central A/C's, ductless A/C's, forced air and hot water systems and must have experience with a cross section of furnaces including high efficiency furnaces. Good knowledge of pumps, piping and controls required. Experience with radiators and tankless units also required. Good communication and problem solving skills are essential as well as attention to detail, professionalism, maturity, absolute reliability and a clean driver's license. Must be keen to continually upgrade knowledge. $30-$34 per hour.
