Must have technical work experience with motorcycles, ATVs and outboard motors and have effective communication skills in both English and French. A college diploma or provincial certification for motorcycle mechanics, Microsoft Office experience and a valid driver’s licence, motorcycle operator license and boater pleasure craft operator card are needed. Service Operations Manager
Multinational automotive company north of Toronto is seeking a Service Operations Manager with a technical background in a Powersports or Motorcycle Parts and Service Department. Responsibilities include: directing field service staff to implement policies and procedures to support dealers and consumers across Canada; setting strategic initiatives to help grow the dealers’ parts and service operations; developing and training staff to improve dealership service sales and customer satisfaction; overseeing the warranty departments and monitoring warranty claims and costs; providing customer service with technical advice/support and ensuring that claims are escalated which cannot be initially resolved; strong experience with warehouse and inventory management dealing with issues that may arise; providing parts and service administration/management expertise to all dealer personnel and other duties as required. The successful candidate will have a motorcycle license, extensive experience in a dealership parts and service managerial role, strong communication and leadership skills, and a professional demeanour. Mid town long established HVAC company is seeking a Lead HVAC Installation Technician with a Gas 2 and preferably a 313D licence. Must have solid experience leading installation jobs on central A/C's, ductless A/C's, forced air and hot water systems and must have experience with a cross section of furnaces including high efficiency furnaces. Good knowledge of pumps, piping and controls required. Experience with radiators and tankless units also required. Good communication and problem solving skills are essential as well as attention to detail, professionalism, maturity, absolute reliability and a clean driver's license. Must be keen to continually upgrade knowledge. $30-$34 per hour.

The role involves working closely with dealers on all sales and marketing issues related to the Canadian marketplace. The District Sales Manager is the main liaison between the Dealer Network and Head Office for all sales matters and is the main contact for dealership inquiries. The successful candidate will be managing dealer activity through daily interaction with dealers; consulting with dealers to increase their commitment to the company’s product sales; managing sponsored programs to achieve goals and objectives; enhancing market penetration; promoting the corporate brand image; representing corporate goals and objectives; as well as managing multiple assignments and duties. The position is responsible for: sales targets, monthly product allocation and reconciliation, monthly co-op allocation and reconciliation, booking target achievement for all product lines, territory composite analysis, market analysis with each dealer, product training, special events/dealer show presentations, dealer development/new dealer set up, reports to head office and for making recommendations to improve the job function. Must have solid experience as a DSM within the sporting recreation industry, Microsoft Office proficiency (including Excel), a valid driver’s license and excellent communication skills. Overnight travel and weekend work will be required.

East end company seeking a Chemical Engineer to sell custom made solutions primarily for water treatment, oil and gas, chemical and petrochemical related equipment. Territory is for Eastern Canada and the Midwest and Eastern USA. Responsibilities include: prospecting for new clients; preparing proposals and business cases including sales quotes; working with the Engineering Department on technical specifications based on information collected while out on the field; performing sales presentations; conducting market research; resolving issues and providing ongoing support to customers; participating in trade shows, seminars etc. and other related duties as required. A university degree in Chemical Engineering is required as well as sales experience in water/wastewater treatment or the chemical or petrochemical industry. Must be willing to travel 50-60% of the time. To $80K + excellent commissions on sales per successful projects.
